Methods/steps
Chocolate Chip Brownie BarLine an 8 x 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.Using a food processor, process the dates into a thick paste. Add the almonds and walnuts and pulse until well combined. Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and salt and process to combine.Fold in the chocolate chips by hand and then press the mixture into the prepared pan. Frost with chocolate avocado frosting, if desired. Greenylicious Super Smoothie

This recipe makes approximately 2 servings (plus toppings and add-ins if you like).  The GSS will last for about 2 days in the fridge (in a glass jar with lid on). Another alternative is to make a huge batch and freeze, then leave a jar to thaw in the evening and next morning you sprinkle some yummy stuff onto it and you´re good to go! Remember this: organic is awesome.

2 servings

1 cup cold, pure water
4 cups of roughly chopped mixed leafy greens*
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 apple/pear or other fruit.
1.5 tbsp freshly peeled & minced ginger
3 tbsp lemon juice
pinch of pure vanilla
pinch of powdered Stevia/4 drops of Stevia concentrate
The peel of 1/4 lemon (frozen after the Golden Detox Drink)

1. Prepare all ingredients and blend. That´s it!

*Kale, Beet greens, sprouts, shoots, spinach, swiss chard, collard greens, parsley, dandelion, purslane, romaine, lettuce, argula (to name a few). It´s important to vary your choice of leafy greens. You want all kinds of different nutrients/benefits and it´s not a very good idea to stick to only spinach for 2 years. Just sayin.

NEWBIE? Great greens for getting used to the Greenylicious super smoothie are: spinach, mache, romaine and iceberg lettuce. Adding some ice cubes at the end will increase the yummyness, plus the cold will help you get used to the flavor.

  • 2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 small tsp powdered ginger
  • 5 drops Stevia concentrate
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Juice from 1/2 small organic lemon

Bring the water to a boil and while letting it heat up, put the rest of the ingredients in your largest favorite tea cup.

Banana Hemp Granola 
3-4 ish cups thick-cut, old-fashioned oats
1 cup hemp seeds
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup grade b maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
Here’s a quick and dirty way to make ultra-clumpy granola: stand mixer. I discovered the technique on a rushed morning while juggling fifteen balls before for a camping trip to the mountains. Mix together all wet ingredients and bananas until you get a thick, chunky liquid. Add oats and let the machine run on medium-high for a few minutes before adding the hemp seeds. Scrape the sides as needed until everything is well-coated and clumping.
Turn out and spread granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 400′ F. Check at around 20 minutes and turn over with a spatula or wooden spoon to evenly brown everything up. Let cool for 30 minutes before storing.

Raw Cheesy Spaghetti

Spaghetti for 2-3 ppl

2 medium sized zucchinis

1. Peel the zucchini and make spaghetti using either a spiralizer (FUN!), potato peeler or a julienne peeler.

Cheezy sauce

4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
2 tsp maple syrup
3 tsp tamari
5 tbsp tahini
1/2 tsp ground dried turmeric
4 tbsp water

1. Put all ingredients in a a high speed blender or use a hand blender.
2. Mix until a creamy consistency, spoon over the zucchini spaghetti and blend thoroughly.

Arrange

Top  the bowl of spaghetti with hemp hearts, cracked black pepper, nutritional yeast and eat with fresh tomatoes and some basil leaves.
